This Privacy Policy stipulates the basic matters that must be observed in order for the Kyoto Prefectural Tea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Public Interest Incorporated Association) to properly manage and operate personal information held by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

We will comply with laws and regulations regarding personal information.

We will appoint a personal information manager and take appropriate preventive and corrective measures against the unauthorized use, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information. We will also provide education and training to all employees on "handling personal information" and strive to manage it appropriately. Furthermore, we will treat corporate information in the same way as personal information and manage it accordingly.

When we receive personal information, we will clarify the purpose of collection and collect only what is necessary.

We will not use, provide, or deposit personal information beyond the scope of the purpose for which it was collected with the consent of the individual or their guardian, or beyond the scope of requirements based on laws, regulations, or rules.

We will keep the personal information we hold confidential and manage it appropriately so as not to handle it beyond the scope of the purpose of collection that was agreed upon or the scope of requirements based on laws and regulations. When personal information is exchanged with outside parties based on the scope of the purpose of collection that was agreed upon, it will be managed by the Kyoto Prefectural Tea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a public interest incorporated association, to ensure that it is handled under strict management.

6. Continuous improvement

In order to properly manage personal information, we will keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and information technology, constantly review our management mechanisms, and make continuous improvements.
