The rental period and hours for the hall facilities etc. will be from 9:5 am to XNUMX:XNUMX pm.
As a general rule, the Tea Industry Hall is not available for rental on the Uji Tea Dojo "Takumi no Yakata"'s regular closing days (every Wednesday, December 12th to January 29th, August 1th to August 4th).

Air conditioning operates from June 6th to September 15th, and heating operates from November 9th to March 30st of the following year.

Facility usage fee

1. Usage fees

If you use Takumi-no-Yakata on its closed days or on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the basic usage fee isx1.5.
If the information is used for the corporation's charitable business activities*, the basic usage fee ishalf.
If you use electricity, gas, etc. as "brought-in equipment (permission required)", an additional fee will be charged.

2. Decision on use for charitable activities^*

The public interest of facility use is determined by checking the purpose of use at the time of application for permission to use, and if the use is for the promotion of Uji tea, it will be considered a use for public interest activities regardless of whether it is made by a group, government agency, or individual.
Use by various organizations, government agencies, and individuals for activities that are not in line with the promotion of Uji tea or the objectives of our organization will be considered as non-public use.

- Use for training instructors on how to brew Uji tea
- Use for holding events to promote and raise awareness of Uji tea, etc.

- Use by various organizations, governments, and individuals for meetings and information sessions other than those related to the promotion of Uji tea

3. Facility usage procedures and payment of usage fees

Those who wish to use the facilities must submit the attached Facility Usage Application Form to the Kyoto Prefectural Tea Chamber of Commerce (public corporation) between three months and one week prior to the date of use (one month prior in case of Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify the Kyoto Prefecture Tea Chamber of Commerce (Takumi no Yakata is also acceptable for the Tea Chamber of Commerce) at least three days before the day of use. (One week in advance for use on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)
Please pay the usage fee by the date of use. However, any additional fees must be paid immediately after using the facility.
Please note that, as a general rule, fees already paid will not be refunded.
